Haiku On Being In A North Syracuse Motel In February

It doesn't take much to excite a Canadian. A roadside chain hotel in central New York with a pool to placate the kids. A grocery store with a great selection of beer and many other things at great prices. I am moved to haiku.

Grocery store beer
Bests Our Government Store's shelves.
Tears fall by the cooler.

Or maybe:

Five twoonies in hand
Chump change. Yet pale ale by Dale?
Checkout mate of milk.

You have no idea, you free people. Whether Wisconsin protesters or Tea Party...protesters, well, you have no idea. At all. Extra points for haiku in the comments.
