Monday, Feb. 21: Minestrone soup, mushroom Swiss burger on a bun, American-fried potatoes, Wisconsin-blend vegetables, cherry crisp. At JHCC: Broccoli cheese quiche, roll, tossed salad, fruit salad, banana split. At UCC: Puerto Rican steak, Puerto Rican rice, tossed salad, whole-grain bread, peaches.
