Canada, Wisconsin climates are ripe for ice wine

Canadians are really good at winter events. You know, when the conditions are icy and there's a race against time. It's not exactly an Olympic sport, but you can bet your bobsled that our neighbors to the north are at the top of their game when it comes to ice wine.
